Our story
Expat Quality Housing grew out of many years in the Rotterdam housing market and one recurring observation: internationals arriving here deserve the same honest, personal guidance that locals get from someone they trust. Moving to a new country is demanding enough without having to decode a rental market on your own.
That is why we work the way we do. We take the time to understand your situation, we are straight with you about what is realistic, and we stay in touch until the keys are in your hand. For landlords we bring that same care to finding reliable tenants, on a no cure no pay basis.
What stayed the same from the start is how we work: we listen first, we are honest about what fits, and we stay reachable throughout.
